When you presented your child for baptism, you promised to bring that child up in the faith. Our Faith Formation Program and Catechists of the parish are here to support your family on our shared journey of life long faith formation. A copy of our Program Policies & Guidelines is available for download and reading on our parish website, under Faith Formation > Children & Youth Parent Page. You are encouraged to read the policies and guidelines prior to completing this registration. This registration is for Grades K through 12th grade. Our sessions are broken down by grade as Children's Faith Formation (K-5th) and Youth Ministry (6th-12th). We meet on alternating Sunday afternoons from 12:00 - 2:00 pm in the De Sales Faith Formation Center.
Fees, which are to be paid online, are due at the time of registration. Registration forms will not be processed without a payment attached. Registration Fees beginning May 1 are: 1 child for $105.00 2 children for $155.00 3 or more children for $180.00 *There is a $25.00 late registration fee for those registrations received after July 30.
