It is expected that you will provide the necessary tools/supplies to complete the project. Please list any other helpful items we can ask the volunteers to bring. *

In consideration of the service and work provided as part of the Event, by agreeing to this waiver, I and the company I represent for itself, its heirs, representatives, assigns, successors, administrators and anyone else claiming by or through it HEREBY EXPRESSLY RELEASES, DISCHARGES, HOLDS HARMLESS FROM AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ( INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) – WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT – ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE, CARELESSNESS, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE which it may presently or at any time in the future possess against anyone associated with the Event including, but not limited to St. Gabriel Parish and its various groups and subdivisions thereof, all its employees and volunteers; the Cleveland Catholic Diocese and its employees and volunteers (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to a “Released Parties”), related to (i) participation in the Event, or (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to the Event or not, and however caused, by any Related Parties.
